What We Offer:

We specialize in delivering genuine and brand-new activation keys for antivirus software subscriptions. These keys can be delivered either electronically or through a physical/postal subscription key card. It is important to note that we do not supply the software itself; instead, you can conveniently download it directly through your personal manufacturer online account.

Returns/Refunds Policy:

Digital Goods / Electronic Product Deliveries:

  • Digital downloads fall under a unique category as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, exempting them from the 14-day cooling-off period under UK & EU Distance Selling Law.
  • Once the product is activated or used, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.
  • We sell license keys that activate software, and it is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your device using a free trial before using the purchased license key.
  • Images are for illustration purposes only.
  • Specifications provided are guidance and may change; we do not accept responsibility for changes made by the brand. Please check the brand’s site for the latest specifications.
  • We can offer limited installation support and guidance. For comprehensive technical support, contact the manufacturer’s technical department via phone, email, or 24×7 online chat support, free of charge.

Physical/Postal Product Deliveries:

  • For physical/postal deliveries, your satisfaction is our priority. If you do not receive your item within 14 days from the order date, please notify us promptly.
  • We will follow up with our courier, and pending the outcome, process a refund. Claims made after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Royal Mail considers a package lost only after 10 working days from the original postal day, excluding weekends. Refunds for lost deliveries will be processed after this period.
  • According to UK & EU Distance Selling Law, software can be returned only if the retail package seal is unbroken and has not been tampered with. It is the customer’s responsibility to return any unwanted products and provide appropriate return postage tracking after the return request has been authorized and agreed upon.
