We must receive cleared payment in full for the total value of the order before we will accept and start processing your order. The following methods of payment are accepted:

Return Policy

Please research the products carefully before placing an order. We take no responsibility for incorrect choice of product or for any hardware / software compatibility issues. The customer is ultimately responsible for researching the product specifications from the manufacturer and other resources and selecting the appropriate product to meet their requirements. For your convenience, we do provide manufacturer’s links for the majority of products sold in our store and you can also contact us if you require any further information before ordering the products.

If you have received your order and wish to return; please Email us here. This way we may track your return and process any request faster. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • We charge 10% restocking fee plus relevant postage charges for a refund.
  • Return postage is paid by the buyer.
  • We will only accept products that are in a “Re-saleable Condition”. This means that the item is in the same condition as it was sold to you, no scratches, no marks, and everything intact.
  • For products to be in a “Re-saleable Condition” they must be returned to us with all items included in the original sale including Manuals, Cables, CDs, and any free Software Items.
  • The Original Product Packaging must also be returned in good condition.
  • Return Address will be confirmed to you at the time of issue of RMA number.
  • Submitting multiple RMA requests will delay your request.
  • Due to the nature of the software business and very strict manufacturer’s return policies, we rarely take back opened/used/activated software unless on exceptional circumstances and on approval from the manufacturer or its authorized representative.
  • We can exchange or refund software after receipt of your written confirmation stating you have not installed, registered or activated the software.
  • We also verify with the manufacturer or authorized distributor that the software license has not been used so please allow two business days.
  • Your RMA request can only be approved if submitted within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
  • RMA numbers are valid 7 days from issued date; please dispatch your item back promptly in its Original & Un-used condition.
  • Please allow 3 days to process your return.

Delivery Times

Digital licenses are sent within few minutes by email during office hours or maximum within 24 hours.

Normal delivery times for items in stock are 1-2 days from payment clearance. These timelines are guidelines only. Mustech Trading Limited does not take any responsibility for any delays in shipping. Where possible we provide consignment details and courier tracking numbers to customers (in the order status), so please contact the corresponding courier to track your shipments. You should check the Order History on the Order Information page accessible from the My Account area for information on your order.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 working day delivery including Saturday anywhere in the UK.
  • Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class: Aims to deliver next working day including Saturday anywhere in the UK and gives you proof of delivery & ability to check online + mobile.
  • Royal Mail Signed For™ 2nd Class: 2-3 working day delivery including Saturday anywhere in the UK and gives you proof of delivery & ability to check on mobile.

All products sold by Mustech Trading Limited are covered by Manufacturer’s Standard Warranty on return-to-base basis. Most of the goods carry 12 months manufacturer warranty, but some, like monitors, could have extended warranties strictly on return-to-base basis only. Please contact the product manufacturer for extended warranty details. You may also find it more efficient to handle the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer for items where the manufacturer has a service centre network in United Kingdom.

Fraud Prevention

For certain orders (i.e. based on fraud risk as determined by our automated fraud risk assessment procedures), we will undertake additional steps (as determined by our fraud prevention policies) to ensure the transaction is not fraudulent. These steps may include, but are not limited to:

  • Calling the customer and/or the owner on a landline number.
  • Verifying the landline number as belonging to the delivery or billing address.
  • Validating the billing address specified on our website as matching the billing address provided to the PayPal.
  • Requesting the courier to verify and record the identity of the recipient on delivery.
